Blaming the Victim
Question: when is it inappropriately "blaming the victim" and when is it pointing out that someone who is habitually victimized might need to look at their behavior to change it and see what they can do better? And are the standards the same for groups of people as for individuals?

Wow! Three (I accidently deleted on permanently) spams ... for FireFox of all things, in the time it took between posting and reloading my blog so I could see the post. Wow! I guess this'll be a spam-catcher thread?
Anyway, I guess the question can be when would it be blaming me to complain about the spam on my site and when would it be appropriate to say I need to do something about it myself?
Not that I was thinking about spamming when I asked this question: I was thinking about bullies and the bullied (now there's a name for a soap opera) ...
